Success with Classroom Learning

The College offers an exciting campus based training option for students.

These classes are highly motivating and interactive and include:

Step-At-A-Time Learning - Learning is made easy and effective. Each topic is broken down into small parts in sequence. The steps are gradually built on each other from class to class until you have mastered each technique and skill.

Hands-On Practicals - Our classes are dynamic. Your training involves hands-on instruction, demonstration and practice in a highly supervised classroom and fitness centre situations.

Review and Integration - Time for review and discussion is included in your classes. You will also find your course work and practical sessions combine to give you an overall mastery of fitness training.

Industry experience - Students will also benefit from regular training excursions to real world fitness centres and venues. In some programs, students also undertake direct work experience in a real world fitness setting. This industry level training provides our graduates a real taste of the fitness industry before they graduate.
